Build Your Own High-Performance Wooden Surfboard

Join our workshop and master the art of crafting eco-friendly, high-performance wooden surfboards! Learn everything from natural materials (paulownia wood and cork) to vacuum bag gluing methods, carpentry techniques, shaping, hydrodynamics, and insider tricks throughout the process.

NO PARTICULAR SKILLS ARE NEEDED!

CREATE YOUR BOARD IN 5 DAYS (or at your own pace). Our workshop is organized into several stages. Our method involves a lot of gluing and waiting, but you will only handle the crucial steps: 2/3 hours in the morning and 2/3 more in the afternoon. We'll take care of the monotonous tasks while you're away, so when you return, your board will be ready for the next exciting step.

By the end of the course, your board will be ready for decoration and varnishing, a fun and easy task you can complete at home with the varnish we provide. Alternatively, we can finish it in the workshop, but this will require two additional days for varnish drying times.

WORKSHOP PRICES: Prices include all materials, leash plug, tools, varnish, and everything you need to make your board (fins not included).

Our workshops are fully personalized, so we'll arrange dates based on your schedule and our availability. First, you should choose the model of the wooden surfboard you want to make, then we'll order your EPS blank to be ready for your arrival.
